Guangdong Baoxin Law Firm, with an office of 800 square meters located at No.31 Xingzhong Road, was established in April, 2002. All the licenced lawyers are conferred the qualifications of practicing lawyers through strict procedures. With the principle of sincerity, high efficiency, professionalism and justness, and with great attention to teamwork, specification of work and professional preciseness, our Law Firm is a faithful, reliable, preferred law firm to clients in China and overseas.
There are 18 professional lawyers, nearly 30 lawyer assistants and secretaries in our Law Firm. After working industriously for ages, we have obtained great accomplishments: our lawyers do a familiar work with ease in civil and criminal legal affairs, including the traditional legal services, such as corporation business, labour laws, international trading, bank financing, foreign investment, restructuring of enterprise, intellectual property rights, settlement of disputes and securities business. Moreover, in the new legal services, such as financing derivatives, asset securitization, leveraged buyout, private equity investment, bankruptcy, taxation, and etc, our law firm is one of the leading law firms. With the advanced office, equipments and management, our law firm has become a normative, cooperative and united law firm.
With rich and successful legal experience, our lawyers have been retained as counsels and local legal affairs representatives by many Chinese and international corporations. Since the year of 2002, our Law Firm have been conferred the honorary title of “Advanced Law Firm” by Zhongshan Justice Bureau and Zhongshan Lawyer Association for ages.
